Memberships are active only for a calander year (January to December) irrespective of whether they registered in January or in December
Entry Free for all ATA members if they renew their membership for 2024

Entry free for all new registered members in 2024
10 Euros for Members with ATA registration in 2023 but not paid/renew their 2024 membership
20 Euros for External guests ( allowed only if accompaigned by ATA 2024 registered member)

Women Rangoli Competion :
Theme: SANKRANTI
Information and Rules
1 sq2 ( 1m X 1m) area will be alloted for rangoli art with a number
No name of the participant should be exhibited on the rangoli art in any form
There will be only 1 round of competition
Individual or Team ( Max.4 members) can register for participation
Rangoli should be done in dry Rangoli colors only
Individuals or the teams are responsible for organising materials require to prepare rangoli art
Maximum time to complete rangole is 1 hour
Multiple entries by 1 person are not allowed
The participants will not be allowed to refer to any materials ( Mobiles/ Printed materials) etc for preparing rangoli
The decision of Judges will be final and binding
Any act of indiscipline by participants or not following the above mentioned rules calls for cancellation of registraion
Winner/ Runner rangoli art picture shall be displayed on the ATA website
Any report of Plagiarism is an ethical violation, This applies even if you have only copied a part of another’s work and will be disqualified
The final cleaning of the used rangoli permises is the repsonsibiltiy of the praticipants

2 Categories- Children Age 13-18
Topic: Austria Telugu Association Logo design

Maximum time to complete drawing or painting is 1 hour
A3 Format Drawing paper shall be provided by ATA
Individuals are responsible for organising drawing or painting materials required

Only Ticktes with ATA stamp are valid
Numbers on ticket should be clearly visible in claiming prize, no prize will be issued if the winning numbers are not readable
Ticket must be presented on spot for verification to claim prize, no prizes will be distributed afterwards or the tickets that are not available on the spot
In case, if two tickets are eligible for a prize (winning decided by same number), prize will be equally shared
Two winners with same number in same category -> prize will be share
Two winners with same number in different category -> both prizes will be distributed
ATA EC decision is final and binding (No disputes will be entertained)
Tickets are non refundable but transferable
Intentional wrong show (request to claim prize) is an offence and the ticket along with player will be removed from playing any further
